When it comes to cleaning a carpet, everyone has his own trick.
Fascinating thing about an authentic carpet is that it’s an object of art and utility at the same time. Therefore, you do not need (almost) any special treatment.
For domestic use a small and special treatment should be done every 7-10 years in the form of a full laundry service, because inevitable dust of the house sits at the base of the carpet, which accelerates the wear and discoloration of carpet.
To avoid this, the carpet must undergo a proper cleaning, as offered by a few specialized stores – among them of course ours.

In its original function, it was designed to accompany the nomads for generations through the most adverse conditions.
However, no authentic carpet can reach its impressive life time if it is not elegantly repaired approximately every 20 years.

Advice
- Carpets that are in a free space should occupy about ⅓ of the floor free of a room. Everything else would remove the frame to the carpet and the tranquility to the decor.
- The typical rug next to a sofa should keep a minimum of 4 fingers away from the sofa. Only the table and individual chairs should be placed on top. Furniture should only cover what is absolutely necessary.
- Underneath a dining table you have to choose the width and length of the carpet in such a way that the chairs when moving them are not left on the floor outside the carpet. The ideal would be to increase from 70-80 cm to the measurement of the table on all sides that will be used. Anything else would be impractical.
- In the bedrooms, the bed frame should be chosen in such a way that steps on the rug when getting out of bed.
- In corridors larger than 4 meter in length, several individual rugs should be placed to not showing too long.
