For all orders placed in our online store for companies and individuals, the following terms and conditions of service (TCS) are valid:

Application of terms and conditions of service:

Order:

When placing your order, you give a binding order (offer) regarding the item in the shopping cart. The contract is valid at the latest when you receive the confirmation of the order or with the delivery of the ordered goods.

Fees:

  • All prices include VAT. For non-Community deliveries no customs duties and fees apply. In case there are other shipping costs, you will be informed before the conclusion of the contract.
  • We reserve the price change due to currency fluctuations or changes in the world market for rugs.

Shipping Terms:

  • Orders placed up to 3:00 pm on a business day, are processed on the same day and shipped.
  • The delivery time is 1-7 working days (Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands *). Shipments are delivered on weekdays between 9:00 and 20:00 hours
  • If you are in the Community of Madrid, orders placed until 15:00 hours will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
  • The shipping costs are 15 euros if the amount of your order is less than 150 Euros. Free shipping for orders over 150 Euros (Península only). Shipping cost to Madrid capital free if the purchase price is higher than 50 Euros.

* Canary Islands: For shipments to the Canary Islands you will be informed of the special general shipping conditions before the end of the contract.

Cancellation and Claim:

You will then receive the legally required instructions on the requirements and consequences of abstinence.

Right of revocation:

We may delay the return of payment until we have received the returned goods ,or , until we have verified that you have returned the goods, depending on which of the two comes first.

15 days return

For all the carpets that you purchase in Alfopersia.com, apart from the right of legal revocation, we have an additional voluntary refund right. The term for the execution of this right of return begins from first day of purchage and end after 31 days passed of your purchasing. For the application of the voluntary right of return it is required good to be returned in its original condition, without being damaged and in its original packaging or other suitable packaging. In case you want to use our delivery service, please contact our customer service by email (alfopersia@alfopersia.com) or by telephone. You will receive call tag information through the e-mail with label tag. In case you do not have the possibility to print the call tag, we also have the possibility of sending it by mail. The right of voluntary return does not apply in purchase of vouchers or gift certificates as a gift.

The return of payment will be issued by the same method that you have chosen as payment method. which means if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made on your credit card, if you paid by debit card the credit will be issued in your debit account.

Your right to legal revocation remains unhindered from compliance with our additional rules for the right of voluntary return and remains valid independently. Until the expiration of the term for the application of the legal right of revocation, only the legal conditions related to it are applied. In addition, the voluntary refund right that we recognize does not affect your warranty rights. These remain valid unlimited.

Guarantee

The warranty is valid for one year after the carpet is received. In the event that a customer wishe to use his guarantee right, and it is revealed that damaged it’s not a factory defect, the client has to cover the costs for the repair, because the guarantee is void in this case. Our staff qualifies and decides if the damage comes from production or extern. ALFOPERSIA covers the costs of transport in case of a realization of the guarantee right.

Payments

ALFOPERSIA applies the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security standard for data transmission during the ordering process. Therefore, your information, especially personal information are protected against access by third parties. Banks also use this method and same guarantee for their safety.

In ALFOPERSIA you can select the following payment methods:

-Transfer by bank account

if you select advance payment, we will send you our bank address on your order confirmation and we will send the product after the receipt of payment.

– Payment on delivery

The transport agent commissioned by us will receive the payment during the delivery of the package. there is € 30 extra costs in this method of payment

– PayPal payment

You can make payment through the PayPal platform. You need to register or have an account and legitimize yourself with your access data and make the payment

– Credit card

Alfopersia accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. You need enter your credit card information during the ordering process.

Alfopersia does not keep your credit card information. All information related to the order process will be encoded exclusively by SSL.

Transportation Damage

Visible damages to the product must be communicated immediately after delivery to the transport company

Certificates of authenticity

A certificate of authenticity is granted only for carpets knotted by hand with a value of more than 100 EUR.
